Our Story
Creole Bowl brings the flavor of New Orleans to Chicago's Near West Side. Our Jambalaya Bowl, Creole Shrimp Bowl, and Gumbo are all made from scratch every day using the holy trinity of Creole cooking: bell pepper, onion, and celery.
Every bowl is built on a foundation of slow-cooked roux, fresh andouille sausage, and Gulf-inspired seasoning. Nothing from a can, nothing from a mix. Just real Creole cooking.
