Jus Chick-Hen is Chicago's beloved Halal-certified fried chicken kitchen, serving East Garfield Park and beyond. We do one thing and we do it right — premium Halal chicken, fried golden, seasoned with our family's secret blend.
We source our chicken from Halal-certified farms in Illinois and our produce from local urban farms. Our hot honey is made in-house from raw local honey and our own pepper mash. Nothing from a bag, nothing from a can.
From our backyard smoker to one of Chicago's most-talked-about kitchens, Jus Chick-Hen is proof that community and culture belong on the plate.
